Umrah & Jordan Package Itinerary:

Day 01: Dhaka – Jeddah – Makkah (Perform Umrah)

Departure from Dhaka to Jeddah. Transfer from Jeddah Airport to Makkah Hotel. Check-in hotel and SAME DAY PERFORM UMRAH.

Day 02: Makkah (Jumm’a)

Focus on your regular Prayers and Ibadah.

Day 03 Makkah Ziyarah

• Cave of Hira (Jabal-e-Noor) - the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) received his revelations from Allah SWT through the angel Gabriel,
• Cave of Thawr (Jabal-e-soor) - where the Prophet and Abu Bakr al-Siddiq took shelter to flee from the Quraish,
• Mina – It’s called the city of tents as it has more than 100,000 air-conditioned tents to provide temporary accommodation to the pilgrims visiting to take part in Hajj,
• Masjid al-Khaif (Mosque of Prophets) - where the numerous prophets are said to have prayed in this mosque,
• Jamarat - This is an essential site for the pilgrims of the hajj which consists of three stone columns that are pelted as a mandatory Hajj ritual in imitation of the Prophet Ibrahim (A.S),
• Mount Arafat (Jabal-Ar-Rahmah) - the place where Prophet Muhammad PBUH stood and delivered the Last Sermon,
• Muzdalifa - it was the place where Prophet Adam (AS) the Maghrib and Isha prayers together and it is an essential part of the hajj,
• Jannatul Mualla - where many of the Prophet (PBUH)'s ancestors are buried, notably his mother (Aminah), grandfather (Abdul Muttalib), and first wife (Khadijah),
• Masjid Jinn - where a group of jinn is said to have gathered one night to hear the recitation of a portion of the Quran by Muhammad (PBUH).

After the ziyarah, focus on your regular Prayers and Ibadah.

Day 04 - 05: Makkah

Focus on your regular Prayers and Ibadah.

Day 06: Makkah - Madinah

Check out from Makkah Hotel and transfer to Madinah, the check-in hotel. Focus on your regular Prayers and Ibadah.

Day 07: Madinah Ziyarah

• Masjid-e-Quba - the first mosque built by Muslims), Masjid-e-Qiblateen - where Muhammad (PBUH) received the command to change the Qiblah, 
• Masjid-e-Juma - where Muhammad (PBUH) prayed first Juma,
• Grave of Hamza (RA) and Martyrs of Uhud- Martyrs Cemetery features the graves of 70 companions including Hamzah bin Abdul Muttalib who were martyred in the battle of Uhud),
• Masjid E Juma - Where our Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) offered the first Khutba of Juma Mubarak on Friday,
• Site of Battle of Trench (Khandaq) - Our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) ordered a Trench to be dug after taking a suggestion from Salman Farsi (RA). These trenches gave Muslims the benefit of defeating enemy armies and suffering fewer casualties.

After the ziyarah, focus on your regular Prayers and Ibadah.

Day 08: Madinah 

Focus on your regular Prayers and Ibadah.

Day 09: Madinah (Jumm’a)

Focus on your regular Prayers and Ibadah.

Day 10: Madinah – Amman

Check-out from the Madinah hotel, transfer to Madinah airport, fly to Amman, Arrival at Queen Alia International Airport- Meet and assist with visa formalities. Exit the hall and Transfer to the Hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 11: Amman - City Tour - Jerash - Ahl Al Kahf - Amman

Breakfast – depart to visit Amman Citadel and Roman theater, continue driving to the one of Decapolis Cities, Jerash, the best example of a Roman provincial city in the Middle East, which is only 50 km north of Amman. Jerash was built by Alexander the Great in 332BC and started to prosper after the Roman conquest in 63BC. The Artemis Temple, the theatres, the Colonnaded Street and many other ancient buildings give you the feeling of the great civilization and the history of the region. Continue driving to the Ahl Al Kahf / Cave of the Seven Sleepers. Near a mosque on the outskirts of Amman, this is a fascinating location to visit. Steeped in Islamic tradition, the cave was where seven men slept for 309 years to avoid persecution. At the end of day, drive to Amman. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 12: Amman – Petra Visit

Breakfast then departs to Petra, a day dedicated to visit the pink city, the capital of the Nabataeans. During the visit, we will get to know the most important and representative monuments carved in the rock by the Nabataeans. Treasure, the most famous international monument, you can recognize it in the final scene of the Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade film, the colored Tombs, the Royal Tombs, the Monastery ... Petra is one of those places in the world where you must at least go once in a lifetime. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 13: Petra - Madaba – Nebo – Wadi Rum

Breakfast at the hotel, a free morning in Petra, and then visit Little Petra, an old village located in the suburbs of the Nabatean capital. This village is completely excavated in the rocks and, in the Nabatean period, it was used as a deposit for their caravans, then drive to Wadi Rum; the “valley of the moon” We will start this tour from Wadi Rum village. During this trip you will see and visit some natural and historical places, first of all, you will go to the Nabatean temple. After that, you will go to Lawrence's spring with a short stop. Then you will go to dunes where you will walk on soft sands. The next phase is Khazali Canyon where you can walk through the canyon. After that, we will take you to Rum village. Then arrive at your camp Dinner. Overnight under private Bedouin tents.

Day 14: Wadi Rum - Amman Airport

Breakfast - Transfer to Queen Alia airport for departure to Dhaka. END OF SERVICES.

Umrah & Jordan Package Remarks:

General:

• Package price applicable for TRAVEL WITH GROUP.
• Approved vaccines are Sinopharm, Pfizer Biotech, Oxford AstraZeneca, Moderna, and Johnson with the full dose for KSA.
• Travel must be done 14 days after vaccination.
• Package itinerary can be changed which will be informed to travelers before travel.
• All services depend on availability at the time of booking and package cost can be changed upon room/hotel availability.
• We have quoted the above package prices based on current riyal or USD conversion rates, if the conversion rate of Riyal or USD changes during the final booking confirmation of package inclusion services, then the package price will also change.
• Any changes can occur without prior notice.
• No refund in case of unused services or lesser duration of stay.
• obokash.com reserves the right to charge an extra amount for any tour package inclusion services if unexpected charges are added by the legal authorities.

Visa Policy:

• Visa processing is subject to approval from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA). If the visa is rejected, delayed, or not issued before the travel date, the package cancellation policy will apply.
• The package price has been calculated by including the Umrah visa fee of Tk. 18,000 per person. In case the visa fee is increased at the time of submission by the Saudi Hajj Authority or the Saudi local agency, the additional amount must be paid by the pilgrim.

Vehicle Status:

• All the transportation for Jeddah / Makkah / Madinah and Ziyarah will be provided by bus or Van. Mentioned that, a maximum of 2 luggage is allowed for per person. However, for private transportation or private Ziyarah vehicle size will be based on the number of guests.
• Vehicle Waiting period: for private transportation 60 Minutes at Haj Terminal and 15 Minutes at the hotel.
• All guests must maintain the time mentioned in the voucher. The vehicle will never wait for anyone.
• obokash.com is not responsible if the vehicle is delayed due to Traffic Jam/Prayer Period/Roadblock.

Hotel Policies:

• As per Saudi Arabian Hotel policy standard “Check-In” time is 04:00 PM and the “Check-Out” time is 12:00 PM obokash.com is not responsible for early check-in and late check-out.
• Only Hotel Authorities reserve the right to provide an available room as per booking, if anyone has any special request to change room (Example – Top Floor, Corner Room, Twin/Double room, etc.) then guests must communicate with hotel reception. However,
• obokash.com is not responsible for that if unable to change room – if refused by the hotel.
• Except for certain hotels, most hotels in Makkah, Madinah, or Jeddah do not maintain a star rating. Therefore, the star rating of the hotels mentioned in our various packages is mostly local star ratings, not international star ratings. If anyone is concerned about hotel rating, then he/she must discuss it with the obokash salesperson before booking the package.
• In most of the hotels we call 3 Star, there is no WiFi in the room, or WiFi is there but it doesn't work. You can only use WiFi in the hotel lobby. These hotels usually do not offer room service, if you ever need room service you should tell the hotel reception. Maybe there is no separate bucket for washing clothes or bath in the bathroom, so I have to take a bath with a shower. Usually drinking water is not provided in the room, you must buy your own drinking water.
• Economy package hotels or apartments may be one star or less. Rooms may have attached bathrooms or shared bathrooms. Before confirming the package, ask the salesman for room pictures and hotel location or other information.
• A single room does not mean one bed in the room, or a twin room does not mean two beds in the room; rooms can be two beds / three beds / four beds of any kind.Most of the hotels in Makkah, Madinah or Jeddah are twin /double rooms and they add extra beds to make triples or quad rooms. The size of the extra bed is not equal to the main bed. If you are concerned about the room size, please visit the hotel website, or contact our sales team.

Passport Policies: 

During your stay in Saudi Arabia, do not give passports to the driver or our local agent at the airport or any other place. However, the legal authority or our agent may take your passport for few times at the airport to perform their official work. If for any reason a guest would hand over the passport(s) to anyone, then it’s the guest's responsibility to inform obokash.com on the same day.

Moyallem Activities:

Moyallem will be available at the time of performing umrah and it is only for one time only. For ziyarah, a driver cum guide/any other tour guide will be available. The Guide / Driver is not liable to carry luggage to/from the hotel.

Flight Schedule:

• For any kind of natural issues for example: if Airlines change the flight schedule before the day of departure, then hotel booking will not change as per the non-refundable policy and if Airlines change the flight schedule before the day of return, then an extra hotel accommodation charge will be added.  
• For any kind of natural issue like flight delay or missing luggage by airlines then obokash.com will not be responsible for that.

Ziyarah Timing:

Usually, we provide all ziyarah service for Makkah or Madinah at 7 AM and the duration is 2-3 hours (maximum).
