Umrah & Morocco Package - 15 Days

Itinerary:

Day 01: DHAKA – JEDDAH - MAKKAH (Perform Umrah)

Departure from Dhaka to Jeddah. Arrive at Jeddah International Airport. Transfer from Jeddah airport to Makkah Hotel, Check-in hotel and SAME DAY PERFORM YOUR UMRAH.

Day 02: MAKKAH 

Focus on your regular Prayers and Ibadah.

Day 03: MAKKAH ZIYARAH

• Cave of Hira (Jabal-e-Noor) - the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) received his revelations from Allah SWT through the angel Gabriel
• Cave of Thawr (Jabal-e-soor) - where the Prophet and Abu Bakr al-Siddiq took shelter to flee from the Quraish
• Mina – It’s called the city of tents as it has more than 100,000 air-conditioned tents to provide temporary accommodation to the pilgrims visiting to take part in Hajj
• Masjid al-Khaif (Mosque of Prophets) - where the numerous prophets are said to have prayed in this mosque
• Jamarat - Which is an essential site for the pilgrims of the hajj which consists of three stone columns that are pelted as a mandatory Hajj ritual in imitation of the Prophet Ibrahim (A.S)
• Mount Arafat (Jabal-Ar-Rahmah) - the place where Prophet Muhammad PBUH stood and delivered the Last Sermon
• Muzdalifa - it was the place where Prophet Adam (AS) the Maghrib and Isha prayers together and it is an essential part of the hajj,
• Jannatul Mualla - where many of the Prophet (PBUH)'s ancestors are buried, notably his mother (Aminah), grandfather (Abdul Muttalib) and first wife (Khadijah)
• Masjid Jinn - where a group of jinn are said to have gathered one night to hear the recitation of a portion of the Quran by Muhammad(PBUH).

After the ziyarah, focus on your regular Prayers and Ibadah.

Day 04: MAKKAH

Focus on your regular Prayers and Ibadah.

Day 05: MAKKAH 

Focus on your regular Prayers and Ibadah.

Day 06: MAKKAH - MADINAH

Check out from Makkah Hotel and transfer to Madinah, check-in Madinah hotel.

Day 07: MADINAH

Focus on your regular Prayers and Ibadah.

Day 08: MADINAH ZIYARAH

• Masjid-e-Quba - the first mosque built by Muslims),
• Masjid-e-Qiblateen - where Muhammad (PBUH) received the command to change the Qiblah, 
• Masjid-e- Juma - where Muhammad (PBUH) prayer first Juma,
• Grave of Hamza (RA) and Martyrs of Uhud - Martyrs Cemetery features the graves of 70 companions including Hamzah bin Abdul Muttalib who were martyred in the battle of Uhud),
• Masjid E Juma - Where our Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) offered the first Khutba of Juma Mubarak on Friday,
• Site of Battle of Trench (Khandaq) - Our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) ordered a Trench to be dug after taking a suggestion from Salman Farsi (RA). These trenches gave Muslims the benefit of defeating enemy armies and suffering fewer casualties.

After the ziyarah, focus on your regular Prayers and Ibadah.

Day 09: MADINAH 

Focus on your regular Prayers and Ibadah.

Day 10: MADINAH/JEDDAH – CASABLANCA  

Check out from the Madinah hotel, transfer to Madinah/Jeddah airport for departure to Casablanca.

Arrive in Casablanca CMN airport as per flight schedule, Upon arrival go to the Terminal 1 basement Airport Train Station. Catch the train for Casablanca (Casa Voyageurs) City  train station it takes only 45 min. After Arrival Casa Voyageurs station again catches the train for Marrakech  which is  around 3 hours by train. After arrival Marrakech station is just 02 Min (150 Meter) walking distance to the Hotel. Overnight stay at the Hotel. 

Day 11: ATLAS MOUNTAIN, 3 VALLEYS & WATERFALL DAY TOUR

Morning After Breakfast Pick up from the hotel at 9.00am then Journey to Morocco’s Atlas Mountain area and spend the day exploring the Three Valleys on a private day trip that saves you from having to arrange travel logistics yourself. Your guide plans out the whole day for you, including transportation, so that you can enjoy your explorations without worry. Go on a camel ride and visit the home of a Berber family in Ait Souka to learn more about their everyday lives. End the day in Moulay Brahim near the Asni Valley.

Day 12: FULL DAY FREE FOR GUESTS OWN ACTIVITIES

Morning After Breakfast Full Day free for Guests' own activities like shopping or relaxing. Overnight stay at Hotel.

Day 13: MARRAKECH TO CASABLANCA BY TRAIN

Morning After Breakfast catch the train for Casablanca dep. At 11.35am and arrive in Casablanca at 02.26 then self transfer to the hotel only 500 Meter from Train Station to Hotel. Overnight stay at Relax Hotel Casa Voyageurs or Similar.

Day 14: CASABLANCA TOUR

After Breakfast Pick up from Hotel at Full Day Casablanca City Tour include Lunch. Visit, Hasan II Mosque, Old Medina Casablanca, Arab League Park, Church of Notre Dame, Square of Muhammad V, United Nation Square, Marche Central Casablanca etc. Overnight stay at Relax Hotel Casa Voyageurs or Similar.

Day 15: CASABLANCA TO DHAKA FLIGHT

The morning after the breakfast hotel to the train station, I transfer only 500 meters. Catch the train for Airport, Flight for Dhaka. End of the service.

Remarks:

General:

• Package price applicable for 10 Pax in a group only. 
• Package itinerary can be changed which will be informed to travelers before travel.
• All services depend on availability at the time of booking and package costs can be changed upon room/hotel availability.
• The conversion of the above package prices based on current riyal / USD conversion rates with BDT, if the conversion rate of Riyal or USD changes during the final booking confirmation of package inclusion services, then the package price will also change.
• If breakfast is not included in the package, in that case, if the hotel is mandatory to have breakfast while booking those hotels or while booking any other similar hotels with breakfast then breakfast charge will be added to the package price.
• Any changes can occur without prior notice.
• No refund in case of unused services or lesser duration of stay.
• There are no differences between Standard, Superior, and Premium packages except only hotels.

Visa Policy:

• Visa processing is subject to approval from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA). If the visa is rejected, delayed, or not issued before the travel date, the package cancellation policy will apply.
• The package price has been calculated by including the Umrah visa fee of Tk. 18,000 per person. In case the visa fee is increased at the time of submission by the Saudi Hajj Authority or the Saudi local agency, the additional amount must be paid by the pilgrim.

Vehicle Status:

• All the transportation for Jeddah / Makkah / Madinah and Ziyarah will be provided by bus or Van. It is mentioned that a maximum of 2 luggage is allowed per person. However, for private transportation or private Ziyarah vehicle size will be based on the number of guests.
• Vehicle Waiting period: for private transportation 60 Minutes at Haj Terminal and 15 Minutes at the hotel.
• All guests must maintain the time mentioned in the voucher. The vehicle will never wait for anyone.
• obokash.com is not responsible if the vehicle is delayed due to Traffic Jam/Prayer Period/Roadblock.

Hotel Policies:

• As per Saudi Arabian Hotel policy standard “Check-In” time is 04:00 PM and the “Check-Out” time is 12:00 PM obokash.com is not responsible for early check-in and late check-out.
• Only Hotel Authorities reserve the right to provide an available room as per booking, if anyone has any special request to change room (Example – Top Floor, Corner Room, Twin/Double room, etc.) then guests must communicate with hotel reception. However,
• obokash.com is not responsible for that if unable to change room – if refused by the hotel.
• Except for certain hotels, most hotels in Makkah, Madinah, or Jeddah do not maintain a star rating. Therefore, the star rating of the hotels mentioned in our various packages is mostly local star ratings, not international star ratings. If anyone is concerned about hotel rating, then he/she must discuss it with the obokash salesperson before booking the package.
• In most of the hotels we call 3 Star, there is no WiFi in the room, or WiFi is there but it doesn't work. You can only use WiFi in the hotel lobby. These hotels usually do not offer room service, if you ever need room service you should tell the hotel reception. Maybe there is no separate bucket for washing clothes or bathing in the bathroom, have to take a bath with a shower. Usually drinking water is not provided in the room; you must buy your own drinking water.
• Economy package hotels or apartments may be one star or less. Rooms may have bathrooms attached or shared bathrooms. Before confirming the package, ask the salesman for room pictures and hotel location or other information.
• A single room does not mean one bed in the room, or a twin room does not mean two beds in the room; rooms can be two beds / three beds / four beds of any kind. Most of the hotels in Makkah, Madinah or Jeddah are twin /double rooms, and they add extra beds to make triples or quad rooms. The size of the extra bed is not equal to the main bed. Passport Policies: 

During your stay in Saudi Arabia, do not give passports to the driver or our local agent at the airport or any other place. However, the legal authority or our agent may take your passport a few times at the airport to perform their official work. If for any reason a guest would hand over the passport(s) to anyone, then it’s the guest's responsibility to inform obokash.com on the same day.

Moyallem Activities:

Moyallem will be available at the time of performing umrah and it is only for one time only. For ziyarah, a driver cum guide/any other tour guide will be available. The Guide / Driver is not liable to carry luggage to/from the hotel.

Flight Schedule:

• For any kind of natural issues for example: if Airlines change the flight schedule before the day of departure, then hotel booking will not change as per the non-refundable policy and if Airlines change the flight schedule before the day of return, then an extra hotel accommodation charge will be added.  
• For any kind of natural issue like flight delay or missing luggage by airlines then obokash.com will not be responsible for that.

Ziyarah Timing:

• Usually, we provide all ziyarah service for Makkah or Madinah at 7 AM and the duration is 2-3 hours (maximum).
