  • If the minimum number of participants is not met before the scheduled date, or due to other operational management circumstances, the tour on that date may be canceled and a refund will be provided for the same.
  • Quotation is calculated based on 1 suitcase per person.

Payment Policy:

Phase-1: 70% of the total package amount at the time of booking.

Phase-2: 30% of the total package amount before seven days of travel date.

Cancellation Policy

  • The package is non-refundable and non-changeable (except air tickets), and air ticket re-issue or
  • refund charges are dependent on the airline's policy.

Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival

Arrive in Tokyo, transfer to your hotel, and check in. Relax or explore the local neighborhood.

Day 2: Tokyo City Tour (B,L)

Explore Tokyo's top landmarks in a single unforgettable day. Begin with the bustling energy of Shibuya Crossing, one of the world’s busiest intersections, then find calm at the serene Meiji Shrine, nestled in a lush forest. Capture photos of the majestic Imperial Palace. Experience the vibrant district of Akihabara, visit the historic Senso-ji Temple in Asakusa, and end with panoramic views from the iconic Tokyo Skytree. A complete Tokyo adventure awaits!

Day 3: Mt. Fuji & Hakone (B,L)

Discover Japan beyond Tokyo on this full-day tour to see Mt. Fuji. During the coach journey, admire the natural beauty of Hakone and relax over lunch with views of the highest mountain in Japan, Mt. Fuji. Climb aboard a boat for a scenic tour on Lake Ashi and go for a cable car ride in the Hakone area.

Day 4: Free Day (B)

A flexible day for shopping or sightseeing. Visit the Shibuya Crossing, take photos with the Hachiko Statue, or spend the day at Tokyo Disneyland.

Day 5: Departure (B)

Final breakfast and some last-minute souvenir shopping. Transfer to the airport (Narita or Haneda) for your flight home.
