Detailed Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Tokyo

Welcome to Japan! Upon your arrival at the airport, our designated representative will warmly greet you. Subsequently, you will enjoy a seamless transfer to your centrally located hotel in the vibrant Shinjuku district. Spend the remainder of the day acclimating to the dynamic energy of Tokyo or resting for the upcoming adventures. Overnight stay at the APA Hotel Higashi Shinjuku Kabukicho Higashi or similar.

Day 02: Mount Fuji One-Day Tour (Scenic Vistas & Cultural Icons)

After enjoying a hearty breakfast at your hotel, you will meet your knowledgeable guide near Shinjuku Station to embark on a captivating Mount Fuji day trip. First, we journey to the Kawaguchiko Tenjozan Park. Here, taking the Mt. Tenjo Ropeway to the observation deck offers an unparalleled, panoramic view of the majestic Mount Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko.

(Note: If the ropeway is closed, the tour will substitute a Tenjo-san boat cruise or provide a 600 JPY refund).

Next, we proceed to Arakurayama Sengen Park, home to the iconic Chureito Pagoda. Standing on the observation deck, you will witness one of the most photographed vistas in all of Japan—a perfect collision of cultural heritage and natural grandeur. Following this, we will make a brief stop at the Hikawa Clock Shop, a renowned photography hotspot where the street seems to lead directly into the mountain itself.

Afterwards, capture an atmospheric travel photo at the famous Lawson Fujikawaguchiko Town Hall, where modern Japanese convenience beautifully frames the dramatic mountain backdrop. Finally, stroll through the seasonal brilliance of Oishi Park to quietly admire the peak from the lakeside. (Seasonal Note: From March 28–April 12, visits pivot to the Kawaguchiko Cherry Blossom Festival; from October 20–November 23, the tour visits the Maple Corridor). By evening, you will be comfortably transported back to the Shinjuku drop-off point. Overnight stay at the APA Hotel Higashi Shinjuku Kabukicho Higashi or similar.

Day 03: Immersive Tokyo City Tour

Following breakfast, prepare for an engaging Tokyo city tour. Your morning begins with a scenic drive past the National Diet Building, leading to the serene Imperial Palace Plaza. Here, you can enjoy a guided stroll through the lush national gardens that once exclusively served the Royal Family. Furthermore, the itinerary takes you to the iconic Tokyo Tower. Ascending to the Main Observatory (150 meters), you will be treated to a breathtaking 360-degree panoramic view of the sprawling metropolis.

Later, immerse yourself in history at Senso-ji, Tokyo’s oldest and most vibrant Buddhist temple. During your free time, wander through the historic Nakamise Shopping Street, passing under the magnificent red Kaminarimon Gate. The tour concludes with a drive by the famous Kabukiza Theater before returning to the Shinjuku drop-off point. Overnight stay at the APA Hotel Higashi Shinjuku Kabukicho Higashi or similar.

Day 04: Full Day Free for Exploration

Start your day with a relaxed breakfast. Today is entirely dedicated to your personal leisure. Whether you choose to explore the high-end boutiques of Ginza, dive into the pop culture hub of Akihabara, or simply enjoy local culinary delights, Tokyo is yours to discover at your own pace. Overnight stay at the APA Hotel Higashi Shinjuku Kabukicho Higashi or similar.

Day 05: Departure from Tokyo

Enjoy your final breakfast in Tokyo. Concluding this unforgettable Japan holiday, you will be transferred to the airport in accordance with your flight schedule for your journey home. End of services.

Important Remarks & Booking Conditions

  • Net Pricing: All quoted rates are strictly net and non-commissionable.
  • Accommodation Research: We diligently work to secure the most comfortable accommodations within your budget. However, we strongly encourage travelers to thoroughly review their selected properties prior to confirmation, as we cannot accept liability for subjective dissatisfaction regarding hotel choices.
  • Dynamic Booking Rates: For modular bookings (e.g., selecting individual hotels, transfers, or sightseeing excursions rather than a comprehensive package), we source live rates directly from our booking systems. Because these dynamic rates fluctuate frequently, final pricing and confirmation remain strictly subject to availability at the exact time of booking.
  • Shared Touring: Unless specifically designated as private, all guided tours and ground transfers operate on a shared Seat-in-Coach (SIC) basis.
  • Physical Rail Tickets: Please note that certain rail routes still issue physical paper tickets rather than electronic passes. In such instances, we require adequate time for delivery, and any applicable courier fees will be borne by the traveler. Alternatively, physical tickets can be collected directly at the departing train station.
  • Resort Fees: For travel within the USA (including destinations like Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Orlando, Miami, and Hawaii) and other popular countries & cities properties often enforce mandatory resort fees payable directly at the hotel. These local fees are excluded from your initial quotation unless explicitly listed in the inclusions.
  • City Taxes: Across many European municipalities and Other Asian Cities a mandatory local city or tourism tax is levied upon visitors. This tax must be settled directly with your accommodation and is not included in our package pricing unless specifically noted.
  • Meeting Points for Shared Tours: For Seat-in-Coach (SIC) excursions in Europe, the USA, Australia, New Zealand, and other international regions, departures typically occur from centralized meeting points rather than individual hotel lobbies. Travelers are responsible for their own transit to these designated pick-up locations.
  • Standard Variances: Hotel standards naturally vary depending on the city and regional infrastructure. While we strive to meet all commitments, accommodations may occasionally slightly exceed or fall below absolute parity.
  • Strategic Locations: To optimize the quality-to-value ratio of your stay, we may occasionally select highly-rated properties situated slightly outside the immediate city center.
  • Room Specifications: Please be aware that specific room dimensions, internal layouts, and amenities are not universally identical across all properties, even within the same star rating.
  • Bedding Requests: Bedding configurations (such as Twin or Double arrangements) operate strictly on a request basis and remain completely contingent upon the hotel's availability at the time of check-in.
  • Flight Optimization: We focus on securing the most optimal flight connections for your budget. This may occasionally involve utilizing reputable budget-friendly or transit-oriented carriers (e.g., Etihad, Turkish Airlines, Saudia, or Air Arabia).
  • Airline Policies: All transit regulations, visa requirements, and luggage protocols will strictly follow the operational policies of your selected airline.
  • Non-Refundable Services: Please note that no refunds will be issued for any unutilized travel services, missed meals, or skipped activities during the duration of the tour.
