Day 01: Dhaka – Duabi 

Departure from Dhaka to Dubai. Arrive at Dubai International Airport, Transfer from airport to Hotel, Check-in & overnight at hotel.

Day 02: Dubai

Breakfast at hotel, enjoy Half Day Dubai City Tour.

Immerse yourselves in this enriching excursion and learn about how a modest fishing village at the Dubai Creek was transformed into a city hub of beautiful skylines and rich culture, through a guided tour with different stops that make up the city's evolution throughout time. The traditional tour will start with the discovery of the Jumairah area , and the famous Burj Al Arab , a stop at an art center, we will also cross the new Canal , then a visit or stop for a snapshot of the aweinspiring Grand Mosque of Jumeirah that dates back to the Fatimid rule . We will continue to the historic district of Bastakyia, the magical old town which houses the Dubai Museum, located in the ancient fortress of Al-fahidi, which dates back 200 years. A visit to the Museum of Dubai is a included on your own. Next, you will have a chance to cross the creek by boat in authentic "Abras," enjoying the spectacular cityscape while heading towards the District of Deira, which is home to Dubai's biggest spice and gold souks. Here, why not splurge on a golden souvenir, sample exotic spices. The tour will continue with the discovery of the discovery of the Zaabeel area and the rulers of DUBAI palaces before ending at the famous iconic Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall.

Afternoon enjoy Desert Safari with BBQ Dinner.

Experience the thrill of a roller coaster ride and watch the mesmerizing sunset at the Desert as you drive on the Golden sands with your Desert Safari driver. Take photos with the endless desert and the sun setting in the background, feel the fine sand slipping between your fingers as you make your way to the Desert camp. Day 03: Dubai

Breakfast at hotel,

This cruise will sail on the Creek side of old Dubai. Will offer a dinner cruise on a wonderful wooden dhow, built in the time-honored manner, Channeling the region's historical heritage and traditions, yet with the utmost comfort that you can expect in a present-day ship. Spend a romantic evening between the glistening stars as you watch the waves dance in the night while you cruise along the moon lite creek. Enjoy a sumptuous buffet dinner served with a taste of local delicacies as you sail through the deep blue Creek.

Day 04: Dubai – Jeddah - Makkah

Departure from Dubai to Jeddah. Transfer from Jeddah Airport to Makkah Hotel. Check-in hotel and SAME DAY PERFORM UMRAH.

• Mina – It’s called the city of tents as it has more than 100,000 air-conditioned tents to provide temporary accommodation to the pilgrims visiting to take part in Hajj,
• Masjid al-Khaif (Mosque of Prophets) - where the numerous prophets are said to have prayed in this mosque,
• Jamarat - Which is an essential site for the pilgrims of the hajj which consists of three stone columns that are pelted as a mandatory Hajj ritual in imitation of the Prophet Ibrahim (A.S),
• Mount Arafat (Jabal-Ar-Rahmah) - the place where Prophet Muhammad PBUH stood and delivered the Last Sermon,
• Muzdalifa - it was the place where Prophet Adam (AS) the Maghrib and Isha prayers together and it is an essential part of the hajj,
• Jannatul Mualla - where many of the Prophet (PBUH)'s ancestors are buried, notably his mother (Aminah), grandfather (Abdul Muttalib) and first wife (Khadijah),
• Masjid Jinn - where a group of jinn are said to have gathered one night to hear the recitation of a portion of the Quran by Muhammad (PBUH).

• Masjid-e-Quba - the first mosque built by Muslims),

• Grave of Hamza (RA) and Martyrs of Uhud - Martyrs Cemetery features the graves of 70 companions including Hamzah bin Abdul Muttalib who were martyred in the battle of Uhud),
• Masjid E Juma - Where our Holy Prophet Hazrat Muhammad (PBUH) offered the first Khutba of Juma Mubarak on Friday,
• Site of Battle of Trench (Khandaq) - Our Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) ordered a Trench to be dug after taking a suggestion from Salman Farsi (RA). These trenches gave Muslims the benefit of defeating enemy armies of suffering fewer casualties.

Vehicle Status:

• All the transportation for Jeddah / Makkah / Madinah / Dubai and Ziyarah will be provided by bus or Van. Mentioned that, a maximum of 2 luggage is allowed for per person. However, for private transportation or private Ziyarah vehicle size will be based on the number of guests.
• Vehicle Waiting period: for private transportation 60 Minutes at Haj Terminal and 15 Minutes at the hotel.
• All guests must maintain the time mentioned in the voucher. The vehicle will never wait for anyone.
• obokash.com is not responsible if the vehicle is delayed due to Traffic Jam/Prayer Period/Roadblock.

Hotel Policies:

• As per Saudi Arabian Hotel policy, the standard “Check-In” time is 04:00 PM and the “Check-Out” time is 12:00 PM obokash.com is not responsible for early check-in and late check-out.
• Only Hotel Authorities reserve the right to provide an available room as per booking, if anyone has any special request to change room (For example – Top Floor, Corner Room, Twin/Double room, etc.) then guests must communicate with hotel reception. However,
• obokash.com is not responsible for that if unable to change rooms – if refused by the hotel.
• Except for certain hotels, most hotels in Makkah, Madinah, or Jeddah do not maintain a star rating. Therefore, the star rating of the hotels mentioned in our various packages is mostly local star ratings, not international star ratings. If anyone is concerned about hotel rating, then he/she must discuss it with the obokash salesperson before booking the package.
• In most of the hotels we call 3 Star, there is no WiFi in the room, or WiFi is there but it doesn't work. Only you can use WiFi in the hotel lobby. These hotels usually do not offer room service, if you ever need room service you should tell the hotel reception. Maybe there is no separate bucket for washing clothes or a bath in the bathroom, have to take a bath with a shower. A single room does not mean one bed in the room, or a twin room does not mean two beds in the room; rooms can be two beds / three beds / four beds of any kind. Usually drinking water is not provided in the room, you have to buy your own drinking water.
• Most of the hotels in Makkah, Madinah, or Jeddah are twin /double rooms and they add extra beds to make triples or quad rooms. The size of the extra bed is not equal to the main bed. If you are concerned about the room size, please visit the hotel website, or contact our sales team.

Passport Policies: 
During your stay in Saudi Arabia, do not give passports to the driver or our local agent at the airport or any other place. However, the legal authority or our agent may take your passport for few times at the airport to perform their official work. If for any reason guest would hand over the passport(s) to anyone, then it’s the guest's responsibility to inform obokash.com on the same day.

Moyallem Activities:
Moyallem will be available at the time of the performance. For ziyarah, a driver cum guide/any other tour guide will be available. Guide / Driver is not liable to carry luggage to/from the hotel.

Flight Schedule:

• For any kind of natural issues for example: if an Airline change the flight schedule before the day of departure, then hotel booking will not change as per the non-refundable policy and if the Airline changes the flight schedule before the day of return, then an extra hotel accommodation charge will be added.  
• For any kind of natural issue like flight delay or missing luggage by airlines then obokash.com will not be responsible for that.

Ziyarah Timing:
Usually, we provide all ziyarah service for Makkah or Madinah at 8 AM and the duration is 2-3 hours (maximum).

উত্তরঃ জি, এখন একাধিকবার উমরাহ্‌ পালন করা যায় এবং নবিজির রওজা জিয়ারত করা যায়, তবে Tawakkalna Apps এর মাধ্যমে এপয়েন্টম্যান্ট নিতে হয়।

 

জিজ্ঞাসাঃ মাসজিদুল হারামে এবং মাসজিদুল নববীতে পাঁচ ওয়াক্ত নামাজ জামাতে আদায় করার ক্ষেত্রে কি কোন বিধিনিষেধ আছে ?
উত্তরঃ জি, এখন মাসজিদুল হারামে এবং মাসজিদুল নববীতে সব নামাজ জামাতে আদায় করা যাচ্ছে।

 

জিজ্ঞাসাঃ উমরাহ্‌ করতে যেতে চাইলে কি ভেক্সিন নেয়া বাধ্যতামূলক ?
উত্তরঃ জি, এখন পর্যন্ত বাধ্যতামূলক। সৌদি আরব কর্তৃক অনুমোদিত ভেক্সিনগুলো হল - সিনোফার্ম, ফাইজার-বায়োএনটেক, মডার্না, জনসন অ্যান্ড জনসন এবং  অক্সফোর্ড-অ্যাস্ট্রাজেনেকা। উল্লেখ্য যে, ফুল ডোজ ভেক্সিন দেয়ার ১৪ দিন পর ট্রাভেল করতে হবে।

 

জিজ্ঞাসাঃ প্যাকেজ কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর যদি কোন কারণে আমি প্যাকেজ ক্যান্সিল করতে চাই তবে আমি কি প্যাকেজের সম্পূর্ণ টাকা ফেরৎ পাব ?
উত্তরঃ এখন পর্যন্ত সৌদি আরব কর্তৃক প্যাকেজ ক্যান্সিলেশন পলিসি অনুযায়ী প্যাকেজ কনফার্ম বা বুকিং করা হয়ে গেলে ইহা ক্যান্সিল করা যাবে না বা অন্য কারো নামে ট্রান্সফার করা যাবে না, অর্থাৎ সম্পূর্ণ টাকা অফেরৎযোগ্য।

 

জিজ্ঞাসাঃ উমরাহ্‌ পালন করতে যাওয়ার ক্ষেত্রে কি সর্বনিম্ন বা সর্বোচ্চ বয়সসীমার কোন বাদ্ধবাধকতা আছে ?
উত্তরঃ এখন যে কোন বয়সের যে কেউ ভিসার জন্য আবেদন করতে পারবেন।

 

জিজ্ঞাসাঃ উমরাহ্‌ ভিসা করতে কি কি লাগে  ?
উত্তরঃ পাসপোর্ট (কমপক্ষে ৬ মাস মেয়াদ থাকতে হবে), ২ কপি ছবি এবং ভেক্সিনেসন সার্টিফিকেট, নীল  কালারের পাসপোর্ট হলে ট্রাভেল করার সময় অবশ্যই জিও (GO) সাথে থাকতে হবে এবং সবুজ পাসপোর্ট হলে কিছু লাগবেনা।

 

জিজ্ঞাসাঃ উমরাহ্‌ পালন করতে গেলে কি কোয়ারেন্টাইন বা আইসোলেসন প্রয়োজন হয় ?
উত্তরঃ এখন পর্যন্ত লাগছে না।

 

জিজ্ঞাসাঃ আমি গতবার / এবার / ২ বছর আগে হজ্ব করেছি, এখন ওমরাহ্ করতে চাইলে কি অতিরিক্ত ২০০০ রিয়াল দিতে হবে ?
উত্তরঃ প্রথমত হজ্ব এর সাথে উমরাহ্‌’র কোন সম্পর্ক নেই, আর উমরাহ্‌ ভিসার জন্য এখন আর এই চার্জ লাগেনা, অর্থাৎ পর পর দুই বছর বা একই বছরে একাধিকবার উমরাহ্‌ করতে গেলে অতিরিক্ত কোন চার্জ লাগেনা।

উত্তরঃ জি পারবেন ইং-শা-আল্লাহ্‌ তবে একটু নিয়ম কানুন আছে।
পাসপোর্টে যদি বাংলাদেশের ভিসা থাকে তবে কোন সমস্যা নেই,
যদি NO VISA REQUIRED সিল থাকে তবে বাংলাদেশের ন্যাশনাল আইডি কার্ডের ফটোকপি লাগবে এবং মাঝে মাঝে মেইন কপিও এম্বাসিতে শো কোরতে হয়, আর ভ্রমণ করার সময় আপনার এম্বাসি থেকে NOC নিতে হবে।

 

জিজ্ঞাসাঃ ১০/১১/১২ বছরের ছেলেকে মাহারাম বানিয়ে “মা / বোন” কি ওমরাহ্ করতে যেতে পারবে ?
উত্তরঃ না পারবেন না, মাহারামের হতে হলে সর্বনিম্ন বয়স ১৭ বছর হতে হবে (পাসপোর্ট অনুযায়ী)। উল্লেখ্য যে, সৌদি আরবের নতুন নিয়ম অনুযায়ী এখন পর্যন্ত ১২ বছরের নিচে কেউ উমরাহ্‌ ভিসা পাবেন না।

 

জিজ্ঞাসাঃ সৌদি আরবে কখন তাপমাত্রা কম থাকে ?
উত্তরঃ সাধারনত ডিসেম্বর / জানুয়ারির দিকে ।

 

জিজ্ঞাসাঃ আমরা কয়েকজন মহিলা একজন পুরুষকে মাহারাম বানিয়ে যেতে চাই, আমরা কি যেতে পারবো ?
উত্তরঃ যদি উক্ত পুরুষ ইসলামের নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী সব মহিলাদের মাহারাম পুরুষ হন তবে যেতে পারবেন, অন্যথায় নয়।
